The Children’s Adventure
The Children’s Adventure was the very first story released by Worlds Beyond Number. We meet our characters from the Wizard, the Witch, and the Wild One as young children, each finding their own path to the home of Grandmother Wren and what it represents - home, safe haven, and family, but not without requiring its own sacrifices. Our young heroes learn life lessons together, both gentle and harsh, and we see their young personalities blossom, foreshadowing their adventures together 14 years later. Available only on Patreon!
The Wizard, the Witch, and the Wild One
Our flagship story, DMed by Brennan Lee Mulligan and using D&D mechanics, book one of the Wizard the Witch and the Wild One is now complete and ready to be binged!
Fourteen years after their adventure as children, Suvi, Ame, and Eursulon reconnect in a quest to break a curse that has overtaken Ame. As they adventure off they encounter great powers - Spirit and Wizard, corrupt and pure of heart - and become embroiled in a conflict that could tear apart their world as they know it.

The Umora Interludes
Twelve Brooks Midsummer Festival
Our cast builds the modest, but beloved, amphibious hamlet of Twelve Brooks, on the very cusp of its (regionally) famous midsummer revel in this wholesome one-shot! They build new characters who compete to be named this year’s festival’s Great Bullfrog and explore the sweet town while getting into frog-related mischief. Exclusively on Patreon.
The Clearing
A tonal 180 from the Twelve Brooks Midsummer Festival, this second interlude is as dark as it is gory. Taking place an age before Suvi and Ame are born, before even the Citadel has been erected, we meet 3 new PCs in a vengeful forest. Aiden the Demon Hunter (Lou) hunts for the head of the Crowned Panther with Bevin his Guard Dog Familiar (Aabria), but it will not come without a dear cost paid in blood. Puff the Smog Spirit (Erika) tries to survive the vengeance of local spirits. Sacrifices are required, but will they be enough?
Matsuri
A few times a year, on auspicious days or particularly augur-laden nights, the rickety fence between Umora and the world of spirits falls away. In our third interlude, young Ame, Suvi, and Eursulon encounter such a night in Toma. And what shall cross that diaphanous veil between worlds? A chicken, a pretty lady, a cabinet of masks, a demon named 'Amanda' and our three young heroes left to their ,late summer festive devices in this slice-of-life return to our Children's Adventure. Exclusively on Patreon.
Fortune Found
Recorded after the conclusion of Book 1 of WWW but taking place before Book 1 begins, we meet 3 new PCs in a small mining town. When a local miner injures his leg badly, our NPCs must act quickly to help him. Chocked full of dramatic rolls and shifts in luck, the team swoons and maneuvers their way through and paves the way to a better, less corrupt future in this little corner of the world. Catch this story anywhere you find your podcasts.
Fireside Chats
The cast gets loose and talks process, life, and silliness on fireside chats every other week between main episodes! Most fireside chats are Patreon exclusive.
Highlights include:
Out-of-character discussions of each and every episode.
Character Creation Sessions for our stories.
Bag It or Tag It, a Bachelor-style system built by the one and only Lou Wilson where a PC (Aabria) must choose whether to Bag It (leave romantically with an NPC) or Tag It (take home a sponsored prize). Hosted by Craig Sumgee (Lou), this one is public!
Horner Corner is a frequent segment where Brennan, Aabria, Erika, and Lou play smash or pass with the NPCs of Umora. Check out the special episode with our first ever guest, Grant O’Brien!
